I have just received SMS saying ” Dear all, Congratulations on winning the economic times best online travel agency award in Dubai” from Dhruv. This is link back to the earlier post after nearly six months stating that Yatra has been nominated for this award.

It’s always a good feeling from inside that company you were part of since the beginning is going places. It brings enough courage that hard work and good moves can make any mission possible.

Cheers This deserve a party of course so i am heading to Kalsi Tomorrow for long weekend to chill my self with some nice drink and bit of cards to start of Diwali season…

After trying hard to sleep, I just opened my Mac book (Now as comfortable as anyone can) to browse Internet “just like that”, and I found one blog by the name of it Just like that. Now a bit about this coincidence is that Saurabh and we were working in the same company (Ebookers) and later we got them engaged with our Hotel product SEM here in Yatra.

I have to thank him that it gave me courage to return to my blog again after 2 months and 3 days. I guess I need to record all instances of new things that I keep on discovering (Thanks to long nights that keep me awake) every day thru this medium.

Yesterday I was discussing something with great friend of mine (A fellow Domaineer LD) that after acquiring so many domains, we need to know what’s their ROD. He said what is ROD. I said, Return on Domains. Like we have ROI (No need an explanation here), we should have this term for your domains that you have and what ever I have with my acquired knowledge after so many years of digging internet. Unless we know what’s the ROD, this would be a dead investment lest we sell some.

Hope some will be materialized in years to come and some will go in to the space.
